Process & Technology review for Responsys Inc

Evaluated ERP environment for a publicly listed technology company, Responsys Inc. and gathered requirements across all key functional areas including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Financial Planning and Analysis, Payroll, IT and Human Resources:


  1. Conducted extensive client interviews including senior management and guided the engagement team with critical input into engagement decisions including work plan management, timelines, resource and budget allocation, project status reporting and root-cause analysis to measure gaps across technology, people and processes
  2. Built current and future state process maps followed by completion of fit-gap and root-cause analysis and performed vendor review
  3. Performed vendor selection process by writing RFPs, evaluating vendors against requirements, organize process workshops, review presentations and facilitate vendor selection process
